Verify Investments (SEC-style Checks)

Verify Investments in Nigeria (Don’t Fund a Ponzi)

If the “investment” sounds too sweet, it’s probably designed to chop your money. Verify first. Then invest.

Top Ponzi red flags

  • Guaranteed fixed returns (especially weekly/monthly).
  • They pay you more for referrals than for the actual product.
  • They can’t explain the business model in plain English.
  • Withdrawals start “pending” as soon as many people try to cash out.

Quick due diligence checklist

  • Who owns it? Real names, real company registration (CAC), real address.
  • Where is your money kept? (Custody matters more than marketing.)
  • Do they have audited statements or any credible proof beyond screenshots?
